Job Objective:
To leverage the strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. To collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify areas for process optimization, and implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement. By leveraging the technical expertise and attention to detail, contribute to the company's success by delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.
Your role:
- Responsible for the assembly, debugging, and after-sales technical support of laser equipment;
- Responsible for improving product processes;
- Develop operational procedures in equipment; edit the equipment manuals;
- Timely perform technical modifications or adjustments to address any defects in the equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Capable and confident in engaging in hands-on activities, and have practical experience in equipment debugging/assembly;
- Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, attention to detail, and the commitment to producing high-quality work;
- Working location in China and occasionally travel;
- Fresh graduated are welcome.
