Job Objective:
To leverage the technical expertise and experience in manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs. To apply the knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance overall production performance. By utilizing the strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and identify opportunities for process optimization, implement automation and technology advancements, and drive operational excellence. The objective is to contribute to the company's success by delivering efficient and high-quality production processes that meet customer demands and drive business growth.
Your role:
- Collaborate and complete product development and process implementation with department;
- Conduct process anomaly analysis, optimize processes, and provide DOE validation feedback during the product development stage;
- Enhance process capabilities and efficiency during product development;
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Flowchart, and Tooling and Fixture maintenance procedure;
- Develop new resources and introduce new technologies during the trial production process;
- Monitor the entire product trial production process, assist quality engineers in analyzing quality anomalies, provide timely feedback;
- Participate in the evaluation and acceptance of mold and fixture solutions during the sample and mass production stages;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to complete mass production implementation after product development is completed;
- Optimize production capacity, quality, and efficiency during the mass production stage;
- Analyze and provide technical support for process maintenance issues during the product mass production stage;
- Record and archive significant anomalies and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) during the mass production stage;
- Monitor and control the progress and status of the projects being led.
- Prepare the proposal reports, risk assessment reports, process specification reports, and process issue analysis reports;
- Complete other assigned tasks from superiors on time.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or above in Engineering, specializing in mold, mechanical, or materials;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product follow-up, preferably in precision metalworking, metal processing, CNC, polishing processes; Ability to create SOP policy;
- Experience as a process engineer in the watch, 3C products, or consumer electronics industry is preferred;
- Experience in project follow-up and successful completion of sample projects;
- Familiarity with MIM (Metal Injection Molding), debinding, sintering processes;
- Proficiency in CNC, polishing, etc.
